Pioneer Plaza was built in the 1970’s and has gone through an extensive rehabilitation over the past few years. Well located on the Highway 2 corridor, this site has plenty of parking on all four sides of the building. The structure has approximately 40,000 sq. ft. with suites ranging from 600 sq. ft. to 6,000 sq. ft. on a gross lease format with all expenses included in rent.
